What is the THCS Knowledge Hub?
The THCS Knowledge Hub is an online collaborative platform that brings together knowledge, tools, and experiences from across Europe and beyond to support the transformation of health and social care systems. Developed within the European Partnership on Transforming Health and Care Systems, the Hub serves as a central space with the goal to turn knowledge into action to support sustainable, more effective and person-centred health and care systems.

Why the Knowledge Hub Matters?
Health and social care systems across Europe face common challenges such as ageing populations, increasing demand for integration of services, workforce shortages, sustainability pressures, rapid digital transformation and other. Addressing these challenges requires requires not only new ideas but also mechanisms for shared learning what works in different contexts and collaboration across countries and disciplines. The Knowledge Hub supports this by providing a structured environment where knowledge generated through THCS Community, funded projects and other initiatives can be shared, explored, and applied.
