Lecture 3 of ScienceOne: From AI Theory to Systematic Practice will be held on April 15.
The lecture is titled “Deep Learning and Large Language Models”.
This session is produced by the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The ScienceOne series aims to promote the co-development of an open, shared, and platform-driven “AI for Science” ecosystem with global partners.
In this session, Dr. ZHAO Yang will provide an introduction to deep learning and large language models. He will review the development of deep learning, with a focus on the Transformer architecture, and introduce the evolution of large models and key techniques such as supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning.
This course is designed for university students, teachers, and those interested in computer technology and AI. It aims to introduce the core principles and methods of machine learning in an accessible and understandable manner, helping you to easily build a knowledge framework for data-driven intelligence systems. With detailed explanations, we expect that you will be able to understand the intricacies of learning algorithms and develop an interest in further studies of related fields.
Detailed information about the lecture series was shared in our previous email and is also provided below for your reference.
