This call focuses on reducing food loss and valorising perishable Mediterranean agri-food products through compact, modular, and cost-efficient on-site processing solutions 📦.
The goal: transform fresh produce, from tomatoes and olives to citrus fruits and figs, into higher-value food products 🍋, extend shelf life, cut food waste ♻️, and support the transition toward a truly circular bioeconomy, while empowering smallholders and SMEs in areas with limited infrastructure 🌍.
