The National Institute of Oceanography and Applied Geophysics (OGS) is organising the 2026 edition of AMARE-MED – the Advanced School on Multispecies Modelling Approaches for Ecosystem-Based Marine Resource Management in the Mediterranean Sea, which will take place on 22–26 June 2026 at Xjenza Malta. Xjenza Malta is collaborating with OGS in hosting this year’s edition in Malta.
AMARE-MED is an international summer school held annually across Mediterranean countries, focusing on the sustainable management of marine resources. The programme brings together researchers and experts to share knowledge on innovative tools used in fisheries science and marine ecosystem modelling.
