TRAILS stands for Youth for sustainable mobility and inclusion. Funded by EIT Urban Mobility, TRAILS aims and to foster innovation capacity which will contribute to an advanced education curricula and support the young generation to further develop their skills in the field of the electro mobility. The project is being implemented by MCAST in Malta and Cleantech Bulgaria in Bulgaria.

Within the project's framework, MCAST together with its partner Cleantech Bulgaria has designed a survey on ‘Gaps and needs in the electro mobility sector’ to better understand the current skills gap between education and the job market. Following the data collection a training model will be developed aiming to enhance the capacity of educators and students towards a more sustainable urban mobility systems.
