📝 THCS has published the pre-announcement for its fifth Joint Transnational Call, “Transforming the Health and Care Workforce for Sustainable and Resilient Systems”

🎯 This call will support transnational, implementation-oriented research and innovation projects that put evidence-informed workforce solutions into practice, building on existing knowledge, tools and good practices.

🔍 What will JTC 2027 fund? Collaborative projects working across national, regional and local contexts to:
➡️ Adapt, test, evaluate and scale integrated approaches to workforce transformation.
➡️ Identify what helps effective solutions take root, remain sustainable and transfer to other settings.
➡️ Strengthen workforce capacity to support a shift towards population-oriented health and care.

🤝 An ecosystem approach will be central, bringing together relevant stakeholders and end-users to support implementation and lasting change
